Cahterine Fitzgerald, Ph.D., is an organizational psychologist and principal of Fitzgerald Consulting, a company that offers executive coaching to senior executives. She has worked with such clients as Fannie Mae, the International Monetary Fund, the National Cooperative Bank, and the World Resources Institute. Fitzgerald has been an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University and the University of Maryland and has taught courses on executive coaching in the U.S. and internationally. She is coeditor of DEVELOPING LEADERS.
Jennifer Garvey Berger, Ed.M., consults and teaches in the areas of adult development, personality differences, and transformational learning. She has worked with such clients as the American Bankers Association, the Massachusetts Department of Education, the U.S. Navy, and the YMCA. A faculty member at the Bard Institute of Writing and Thinking and the Association for Psychological Type, Berger also teaches at Harvard and Georgetown universities and is coeditor of ACTS OF INQUIRY IN QUALITATIVE RESERACH. She is completing her doctoral degree in adult development at Harvard University.
